Help & tips
Set up: prop your phone, tablet or laptop so the camera sees you head-to-toe. Good, even light and a plain background help.
Nothing is uploaded — the video and pose detection stay on your device.
The outline: each pose is drawn on the video as a see-through outline. Stand where your body fits inside it —
the app tells you to step back, come closer, or move left or right. It turns green when you're inside it, and flips to match the side you're facing.
Facing the camera or side-on: each pose tells you (on screen and out loud) which way to stand. If you're turned the wrong way, a prompt appears until you turn.
Skeleton colours: every body line a pose checks is red until that part is aligned, then turns green.
Hold timer: once every checked line is green the timer counts down. If you slip out of alignment it pauses and carries on when you're back in position.
Your sequence: the app coaches each pose in turn and moves on 3 seconds after each hold. The default does the facing-the-camera poses first, then the side-on ones, so you only turn once.
Voice: on by default — it announces each pose and how to stand, then speaks the most important fix. Use the speaker button at the top to turn it off.
If the pose model won't download: some networks block it. Run a tiny local server: open a terminal in the folder with this file, run
python3 -m http.server 8000, then visit http://localhost:8000/index.html.
